Free gifts are available for orders of $175 and above. Any free gift options must be added at the checkout page. Free gifts will not be sent separately and unfortunately no exceptions will be made. Kindly ensure that you choose your free gifts upon checkout otherwise the item will not be added to order.

Tier 1: Spend $175 or more = Choose 7G Flower or 1G Kief

If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that we only issue refunds in the form store credits.

If you place an order with us by 9 am (PST), your order will be shipped the same business day. If you place your order after 9 am (PST), your order will be shipped the next business day.

Payment And Fees

We accept payments via Interac Etransfer & Cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, LTC).


Yes, we accept multiple cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. As a bonus, we invite you to enjoy a 6% discount on your entire order when you choose to pay with cryptocurrency. This discount will be automatically applied during the checkout process.


We include all extra costs within the product price. The price stated will be the final price.

To initiate the processing of your orders within our system, ensure that your e-Transfer is linked with your designated order number. Remember to include your order number in the notes section of the e-Transfer. Once the e-Transfer is successfully accepted, your order will proceed to the processing stage.

Please be patient and allow for a period of up to 2 hours for the Interac e-Transfer to transfer your funds to our payment system.

In the event that your order remains on hold for more than 12 hours and your e-transfer is still pending, this likely indicates that we have not yet received your payment or you may have overlooked the provided instructions while sending the e-transfer. Double-check that you’ve followed the instructions correctly, and if the issue persists, don’t hesitate to contact our support team for further assistance.

If your e-Transfer remains pending or hasn’t been received, several factors could be at play:

  1. If you omit the order number from the notes section of your e-Transfer, we might not be able to link your payment to your order.

  2. If you’ve sent the payment to an incorrect email address, we won’t receive your e-Transfer.

  3. If your bank flags the transaction as suspicious, you’ll need to contact them for confirmation to proceed with the transfer.

  4. Not adhering to the correct question and answer, as outlined in the payment instructions, may result in us being unable to accept the e-Transfer.

In the event that your order’s payment cannot be processed due to any of the reasons mentioned above, you’ll receive an email notification from our accounts team. If no payment is received within 24 hours, your order will be automatically canceled and cannot be reinstated. You’ll need to place a new order.


Shipping And Delivery

We ship VIA Xpress-Post, Canada Post.

You can find your tracking number within the email that is sent to you after completing your order.

After your order is sent out, you can expect to receive it within 1 to 3 business days using Canada Xpress Post.

Please keep in mind that unforeseen delays might occur that are beyond our control and could affect your delivery.

When tracking your package, watch for the “Item out for Delivery” status. This means your package has left the sorting facility and is en route.

Please be aware that Canada Post could face delays on statutory holidays, during holiday seasons, and when weather conditions are extreme.
