We currently only accept payments via Interac Etransfer or Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, LTC). Not sure how to send an Interac Etransfer? Here’s a step by step tutorial
If your order has not been delivered 2 days after the expected arrival date, please contact us so we can file a trace with Canada Post. Canada Post will then investigate and it can take up to 5 business days. If they locate the package, they will ship it to you and you will receive it in a few days. If it is deemed unrecoverable or lost in transit, we will send you a replacement up to $500 of the value of your package. We do not offer postage refunds if your order comes late from any postal issues.
Please visit the “CART” page which is right before the checkout page. Near the top of your screen you will just need to click a green button that reads “Apply Points”.
