You must be at least 19 years old to use our services. We do not accept orders from individuals under the age of 19.

1.2 Placing an Order

Ordering from The Herb Centre is simple:

  1. Browse products on our website under the “Products” section.
  2. Add items to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart” or selecting specific options before adding them.
  3. Review your cart, update quantities, or remove items as needed.
  4. Proceed to checkout and verify your order details, billing information, and shipping address.
  5. Agree to our Terms of Service before placing your order.
  6. Complete payment via Interac E-Transfer as per the provided instructions.
  7. Upon payment confirmation, we will process and ship your order.

1.3 Order Security

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure product integrity and privacy. We use discreet packaging and reliable shipping services within Canada.

1.4 Shipping Eligibility

At this time, The Herb Centre only ships within Canada. Orders placed outside of our service area will not be processed.

1.5 Payment Confirmation & Processing

Orders are processed once payment is received. Payment must be completed within 48 hours, or the order will be canceled. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

1.6 Modifying or Cancelling an Order

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. If you require assistance, please contact our support team as soon as possible.


2. Payment

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We only accept Interac E-Transfer. Instructions for sending an e-transfer will be provided during checkout.

2.2 Taxes & Fees

All applicable taxes are included in product pricing. Shipping fees may apply depending on the order amount and delivery location.

2.3 Payment Issues

If your payment has not been processed or confirmed, please ensure that you followed the e-transfer instructions correctly. Contact your bank or reach out to our support team if you experience any issues.


3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Timeframes

Orders are shipped via Canada Post and typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on postal service conditions.

3.2 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive a tracking update within 24 hours of shipping confirmation, contact us for assistance.

3.3 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please check the tracking status. If no updates are available or your package is marked as “Delivered” but has not arrived, contact Canada Post and then reach out to our support team for assistance.

3.4 Shipping to Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.


4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
